I got exactly what I ordered, which is all I was hoping for. It’s always nice when there aren’t any mix-ups, right?

i wasn’t totally sure which boxes would work for my stuff, so i reached out with a quick question. their customer service got back to me fast and were really nice about it. they didn’t make me feel silly for asking, which i appreciated. after that, placing the order was easy. overall, it was a good experience and i’d definitely use them again.

I ordered from PackagingSuppliesByMail.com and it was straightforward. The boxes showed up in good shape, the tape was fine too, and everything got here about when I figured it would. I was mostly just glad nothing was damaged, because that’s always the thing I worry about with shipping supplies.

They felt tougher than the boxes I usually pick up nearby. Corners stayed solid. Tape held well too, even after a few days in the garage.
Not much else to say. They did the job. I’d buy them again.

The packaging arrived just fine overall, with only a small dent on it. Nothing that seemed like a big deal. i’ve had boxes show up looking like they survived a wrestling match, so this was tame by comparison. I noticed the little dent right away, but everything seemed okay otherwise.
